Total Station Nikon Nivo 5M mampu mengukur jarak 500 meter tanpa prisma (reflectorless) dan jarak 4000 meter dengan bantuan prisma. Dengan ketelitian 5 detik, tentu saja alat ini mampu mengukur dengan baik dan juga akurat.

Kemudian alat ini di lengkapi dengan pembesar 30x sehingga pengguna dengan mudah membidik target pengukuran lebih jauh secara jelas. Nivo 5M sudah di proteksi IP66 yang tahan terdapat air dan juga debu. Sehingga kualitas dari alat ini sudah tidak diragukan lagi.
